PATRICIA MALONE

CHAIRPERSON

Patricia Malone is the Founder and Executive Director of Girl Magic Incorporated. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Statistics and a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resource Management. Patricia spent much of her career as a Human Resource Manager in the corporate sector, where she collaborated with organizations to improve processes, guided candidates in finding employment, and supported employees in enhancing and developing professional skills. Through her ability to manage people and processes, she was often tasked with managing teams within the U.S. as well as India, Poland, and China. In addition to her corporate career, Patricia is the author of Maneuvering the Workplace, a book designed to help employees prepare for and thrive in their professional journeys. She also explored entrepreneurship by creating and running her own business selling holistic products to promote better health and wellness. When faced with a career transition after a corporate downsizing, Patricia reflected on her experiences and recognized that her greatest passion was helping people shift their thoughts, behaviors, and actions toward growth. This realization fueled her commitment to making a difference in the lives of youth, ultimately leading her to establish Girl Magic Incorporated—a non-profit dedicated to empowering the next generation.
